Real justice got served? Gay cop, sexual harasser, potential rapist was almost murdered by partner

These two cops met to have a meal together, when one of them over reached his boundaries in a gay way, the other one lost his mind like a typical Nazi would and put holes in his oppressive partner in crime. I ask if real justice was served because a man like that who was able to reach such a prestigious position of power to abuse his powers may just deserve death depending on who he targets and how much they deserved it or not. In this case it was just a cop on cop crime but what if this piece of shit was doing this to the 13 year old girls at the Park too???? What if one of those girls were your daughter? Would he deserve death?
