There are no homless people because the Communist party makes everyone either go to work in normal society or they force them into a labor camp to work. No one gets to just sit around. The men that do that are on their 4 hours off duty before they go to bed or one of their 2 minute breaks. At all times communist civilians are forced to work, sleep, or have very little time for family/hygiene/entertainment/relaxation. There is no free time for vacations unless the CCP allows it.
